Description:
Calc doesn't work the Conditional Formatting when the Condition is setted by Cell value is/Contains and I write onde word that is contained in some cells, but it format only empty cells.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Format
2. Conditional Formatting
3. Condition
4. Cell value is
5. Contains

Actual Results:  
Apply the formatting style only in empty cells.

Expected Results:
Format the cell that contains typed words


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Please attach a minimal sample file with the issue, there is no other way to test.
