On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated yesterday, I could reproduce this.
Andreas: noticing your work on elementary icons, thought you might be interested in this one.

I reopened this bug report since it has been fixed just for next release cycle (6.2) and not for current or below release versions. It would be nice if we can backport latest icon stuff build so this bug and any others would be resolved simultaneously
This would need ESC approval for a mass correction of the Elementary theme. The theme cleanup is still probably warranted even for as late as a 6.1.5 build, it brings it in line with theme work at 6.2.0 and would eliminate some of these nuisance issues.
