You attached a doc-file. Is the bug only reproducible with doc-file or also with an odt-document? Have you created the document with LO or with MS-Word?

The problem also occurs in .odt documents. The file was created with Libre Office. I do not use MS Word.

If you zoom in and zoom out, the border style changes. So I think it is related to bug 112671. Perhaps it's a duplicate?
Comment 6 Buovjaga 2018-03-11 11:50:08 UTC
Yep, let's assume so.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 112671 ***
Comment 7 Diego 2018-03-12 09:31:58 UTC
the problem is not the same as 112671. the edge does not change by varying the thickness or even increasing or decreasing the zoom.
The file sent is not a copy but an original product with libre office.
In theory, the border should be displayed as two edges, but instead only one edge line appears, varying thickness or zoom.

Diego: there has been work recently on overhauling the border line rendering. Please try a daily build: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/

Or bug 114816 perhaps?
