The last column is a calculated field

1) Select one cell in the table.
2) Insert a pivot table

The table is entirely selected, with the exception of the last column (calculated fields).
Comment 3 Elyse Cordeau 2018-02-27 14:49:09 UTC
If you want to create a pivot table without manually selecting the entire table:

1) Select a cell.
2) Insert a pivot table.
3) The table is entirely selected, with the exception of the last column (calculated fields). => see the attached example

This bug has been reproduced on Linux and windows.

Sorry, I validated the html form by mistake before I finished. It's completed.
Comment 5 Julien Nabet 2018-02-27 14:59:56 UTC
On Win7, LO 5.4.3.2, I could reproduce this.

Elyse: I see you assigned yourself, do you confirm you want to fix the bug yourself?
Comment 6 Elyse Cordeau 2018-02-27 15:08:27 UTC
Yes, sorry for the confusion. I already have a fix that I want to test.
Thank you for reproducing the bug! :)

No pb, thank you for your quick feedback.
I suppose you know the link but just in case:

and most particularly about submitting a patch:

Comment 8 Julien Nabet 2018-02-27 15:42:28 UTC
I reverted back the version since it must correspond to the earliest known affected version.

I created a brand new file and copied your data.
On this file, I don't reproduce the pb.
So I don't think the pb comes from calculated fields but perhaps I missed something.

Dear Elyse Cordeau,
This bug has been in ASSIGNED status for more than 3 months without any
activity. Resetting it to NEW.
Please assigned it back to yourself if you're still working on this.
Comment 11 Julien Nabet 2018-05-29 09:21:37 UTC
Let's put this one UNCONFIRMED since the bug hasn't been confirmed yet (see history).
Comment 12 raal 2018-05-29 16:40:55 UTC
look at the content.xml inside the file:

</table:table><table:named-expressions/><table:database-ranges><table:database-range table:name="__Anonymous_Sheet_DB__0" table:target-range-address="Dep_Rhône.A5:Dep_Rhône.E293" table:orientation="column"/></table:database-ranges></office:spreadsheet></office:body>

the range is defined here and that't the reason why it's selected. I can not reproduce with new file or Julien's file. I think it's not a bug.

No response from reporter in 3 weeks, so let's close as NAB per suggestion.
