Hmm, can't reproduce this with

Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 9122f4598450d8a96e63fb29cc8166a6ae09587a
CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 10.13.3; UI render: default;
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group

Tried reloading your test file 7 or 8 times then Cmd-S as per instructions, but no crash.

FWIW, I see the slowness of the refresh (especially the slide preview pane on left), but no crash.

It's related to the slowness; the slide preview pane has to be blurred, to produce a crash.. I will re-test this with a new build..

NEEDINFO for the time being...

Repro with:
Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+

Slight change in STR
1. Open the attached file
2. Set the sidebar to Master slides (not sure if this is relevant)
3. Press File -> Reload multiple times (say 5x) in a row (hammering).
4. Select sheet different slide in the pane

Well, I still don't seem to be able to reproduce this, even with the new instructions.

I get the feeling I'm not doing something quite right.

In step 3, I get to File > Reload with the mouse, and I can only reach a certain repeat speed with that (hand eye coordination limited). Is there a keyboard shortcut that would enable me to do this more quickly ? I tried several letters once the File menu was selected, but none of them seem to act as a shortcut for Reload (in fact, anything but).

I'm not able to repro either

You can create a shortcut for any menu item in any application using System Preferences, search for keyboard shortcuts

Nobody can repro this, so closing this for now (not likely to happen anyway)
