Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open attached file 2.Goto to Sheet1.B1 3.Select both sheets 4.Menu/Data/Calculate/Formula to value Actual Results: Only in sheet1.b1 the formula is transformed on their value. in sheet2.b1 the formula remains. Expected Results: On both sheets b1 is transformed on their value. I can confirm, but don't know if it's a bug. The feature was added in 4.4 https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/4.4#Direct_conversion_of_formulas_into_static_values Developer is Kohei Yoshida, adding him to cc.
I asked Kohei on IRC: "I can't look, but without looking it may be a valid issue. we have tons of features that are supposed to work on multiple sheets but only work on the first sheet due to laziness. Luckily it's not super hard to get it working on multiple sheets. Candidate for an easyhack, maybe."

Repro 7.5+. META for multiple sheets would be better than META Calculate.
