Please have a look at the attached screenshot. UI glitches happen directly after changing „Tools/Options.../View/Notebookbar icon size:“.

I think a redraw should be implemented after changing the Notebookbar icon size.

No repro in (after click OK button in Options dialog)

Looks OK to me on Linux/gtk3.
