In Writter/Calc in areas where are available to use shortcut keys pressing alt and character results in nothing. It looks like it is not captured by editor.
Pressing right alt + l should produce polish diacritic character like -> ł.

I tested on CODE integrated with nextcloud:
LOOLWSD 3.1.0 and LOKit Collabora Office 5.3-41

Tested on 3 computers, OSX 10.7.5 and 2 10.11 in Safari and Firefox web browsers.

I tried to change keymap to Polish [Using normaly Polish Pro] and issue still occurs.

Not working on older relases, there was bug report at 13 Nov on Nextcloud board: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/not-able-to-input-polish-characters-on-osx-alt-capture/23494
