On Win7 with 6.0.2.1, I don't reproduce this. UI render: by default It could be interesting you upgrade your graphic card driver since it includes OpenGL part. If it doesn't help, could you try disable OpenGl and test again (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps) ?
No crash for me with LO 6.0.2.1 / Windows 7 with OpenGL rendering (and default rendering). However, what I notice is that increase indent doesn't actually increase indent in this case, but changes style from Heading 3 to 4, then 5 etc.
Do you get the option to file a crash report, by the way?

I tried to follow https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/View_2#Graphics_output and unchecked "Use OpenGL for all rendering (on restart)". Crash still appear.
Thank you for your feedback. Could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)? If you still reproduce this, would it be possible you retrieve a backtrace? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#Windows:_How_to_get_a_backtrace)

After that Writer crashes.

Something wrong with my LO profile. I can try to make backtrace if needed.
