Created attachment 140557 [details] odt-file showing problem making pictures smaller and bigger again when I am using Writer of LO5.4.5.1 (x64) on Win7pro I am getting sometimes problems when copying in pictures with copy and paste. Sometimes the pictures seem to be to long to fit in. As with every picture I use I change "Verankerung" to "Als Zeichen" Vertikal "unten" zu "Zeichen". Unfortunately doing this the aspect ratio of the picture changes suddenly. For example then "Skalierung" "Breite" 57% and "Höhe" 49% is shown. When I change "Höhe" to 57% the picture does not fit any longer on the page. So I change this manually to 50% for example. It does fit then. But when I now try making the picture bigger again to let it fill the page better this does not work using the mouse. The picture gets smaller - not bigger. Its only possible using the menu "Zuschneiden" to get this fixed. I then have to try several numbers to get the picture the size that I want. Its not possible using the mouse to drag the picture to the wished size.
as can be seen the pictures are both filling the height of the page quite well. Using the mouse the pictures can be made smaller but not as big again as they were before. The get this the menu "Skalierung" has to be used and new numbers have to be filled in the fields "Breite" and "Höhe". This is possible but a bit time consuming when compared to the mouse method which unfortunately does not work here.

"Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/" Yes - I retested using the quite new LO version 6.1.3.2. Opening the test file and clicking on the first picture the picture goes smaller. As "Skalierung" then "Breite" 117% to "Höhe" 108% is shown. It is still not possible making this again bigger using the mouse. Also the second picture can be made smaller by using the mouse - but it cannot be made the same size as before using the mouse. So unfortunately the problem is still there.
Unfortunately the same problem still is there in LO7.0.0.1 under Win 7 professional 64bit. See the test file.

the test file shows that the second picture does not fill the whole page. Using the mouse on the right bottom corner of the picture the picture cannot be made big enough to fill the page. Using double click on the picture in "Zuschneiden" there is shown "Skalierung" 94%. When typing in 100% the picture is really getting bigger. Using the mouse again on the right bottom together with the left mouse button the picture does not stay at 100% but jumps back in size to 94%. Again - no chance getting it bigger again using the mouse. Clearly this is unintended behaviour and I really hope that this very old problem will be fixed now in the near future.
