This was removed in 6.0. You can enable it by enabling the experimental features... Closing as RESOLVED NOTABUG

Oops... that should be Tools -> Options -> Advanced: "Open Expert Configuration" button and search for the "UseSystemFileDialog" boolean--toggle it False to enable the LibreOffice internal dialog. But by design and => NAB
