Description:
The image is shrinking at the right side when adding a note caption to an image crossing the page margins

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Insert -> Caption
3. Press OK

Actual Results:  
The image shrinks in size; frame size looks as it should be

Expected Results:
No change in image size


Reproducible: Always

a fix to aoo issue 51453 switched off relative with to all objects
with captions to solve a problem related to formulas
now all objects with captions get relative width except math formulas

The strange behavior has not been introduced with the fix mentioned in comment #3.
It has been there before. (OOo 3.3)
The images has 100% relative width. This should result in the full width of it's surrounding frame but it is actually is the width of the paragraphs of the page.

Just modify the page left/right margins before inserting the caption.

Oliver mentioned in comment 4, that behaviour goes back to LO 3.3. so I've changed earliest version and removed regression
