Description: I was using an old version (3.4??) of libre office and just installed version 5.4.5.1. On my embedded base form all my option buttons are still showing but the dot is no longer showing on the radio button for the option selected. The table looks good, i.e. the boolean field shows a tick and is updated properly. If I select an option on the form the dot appears but when I go back to the record it is blank again. I tried check box and same problem. 3D vs flat style same problem. Open GL on or off I get the same problem. I have a check box in a sub form list box that works. I tried all options in safe mode and same problem. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Embedded Database 2. Form with 2 Option Buttons for each state (on and off) with one option defaulted. 3. Choose and option, leave record and go back to record and no option selected. Actual Results: The option button selected does not have the 'dot' appearing. Expected Results: The 'dot' should appear for the option selected. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: I cannot send you the file as it contains personal information and have no screen shot capabilities. Then you must create a minimised version. If you need an older version to be able to do this, you can download it and install in parallel: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Windows You could also try a daily build: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/
