Description:
Spreadsheet use filter option to filter rows by value and submenu for use this option (to mark filter values) is too narrow and can't be resized manually.
This make problems to use filter when value is long and begin similar characters.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert some same LONG strings in cells of one column
2. Turn on autofilter (in main menu set "Data -> Auto filter")
3. Click small arrow in right bottom side of first cell to open filter menu

Actual Results:  
Opening filter menu and you can not read values to filter because menu is too narrow

Expected Results:
Give me opportunity to resize filter menu
