Crash when edit format mall
Comment 5 Buovjaga 2018-04-02 17:11:56 UTC
"mall" is a shopping centre. Please be more specific about what you were doing.
Comment 6 jan 2018-04-02 18:40:20 UTC
I just opened my ASUS Laptop, opened LibreOffice Draw and selected a drawing with margins. I wanted to eliminate the margins so I right clicked on the drawing and then "edit the format mall..." Then crash!
Comment 7 jan 2018-04-02 18:43:35 UTC
I wanted to edit the format settings after the right clicking of the drawing.
This will not happen on my ASUS Desktop
Comment 8 Buovjaga 2018-04-03 06:12:49 UTC
There is no "edit" anything, if you right-click the drawing canvas. Presumably you are talking about going to the Format menu and selecting Page properties.

Can you make it crash again with the same steps?

I cannot make it crash.

GPGL64.DLL is apparently a driver for a Graphtec Corporation device, like a plotter or something. Do you have such a device in use?

I have a plotter connected to the desktop, but not the laptop (but they are connected through the network.
Is it possible to show a screenshot here? (in order to show what I get when right clicking a draw)

Comment 13 jan 2018-04-03 12:22:58 UTC
This is what I get when right clicking an open draw. Formatmall is style or style sheet.
Comment 14 Buovjaga 2018-04-03 12:39:41 UTC
Yep, it's right-click shape - Edit style.

No crash for me. Anyway, somehow connected with the plotter :(
Comment 15 jan 2018-04-03 14:23:26 UTC
I don´have a problem on my desktop, where I have the plotter driver installed.
Comment 16 jan 2018-04-03 16:02:38 UTC
I have taken away the plotter from "shared printers". No effect.
Comment 17 Xisco Faulí 2018-11-27 20:06:18 UTC
it seems the crash signature is no longer reproducible in 6.0.7.3 or 6.1.3.2 -> http://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/signature/GPGL64.DLL
