Description:
When we go to Format -> Page -> Area -> Fill,
Please make available an option that can either include or exclude margin areas similar to MS Office that includes them, but at the same time keeping the LibreOffice Style that excludes them.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Format -> Page -> Area -> Fill
2. Any Option in Fill
3. Margin Areas are excluded always.

Actual Results:  
Margin Areas not filled.

Expected Results:
Option to include or exclude Margins.


Reproducible: Always

It is the missing implementation of the attribute draw:background-size. That is already tracked in bug 112195. For a workaround using padding see bug 33041.
