Description:
Libreoffice Writer 6.0.2.1 crashed immediately on opening in Ubuntu 16.04
but Calc works fine

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open Libreoffice Writer
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
It closes all open libreoffice applications which are open 

Expected Results:
It should have opened the Libreoffice writer for working


Reproducible: Always

Does it work if you disable OpenGl ? -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

As suggested, Tried opening Librewriter in safemode and then disable OpenGl and then applied the changes and restarted, but problem still persist.

Let's focus on gdbtrace, you must type "c" (for continue) + enter until you get something else than "??"
Then you can retrieve the bt

When i put soffice --backtrace in the terminal it opens the libreoffice and when I click the writer it crashes and in the terminal the cursor comes to the next line i.e. to feed new commands
with a message

I uninstalled V6.021 and the default latest stable version 5.4 works fine
