Does it work if you disable OpenGl ? -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
As suggested, Tried opening in safemode and disabled OpenGl and then restarted but problem still persist. Kindly help

I uninstalled V6.021 and the default latest stable version 5.4 works fine
