Description:
Incorrect shortcut key behavior in Options

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibO-Dev
2. Open a Options
   Menu - Tools - Options...
3. Appear Options
4. Clock/Open a LibreOffieDev - User Data
5. Type [Alt]+[A]



Actual Results:  
"Fax/e-mail" box has not Focused

Expected Results:
"Fax/e-mail" box has Focused



Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

When you have different textboxes in the same row, only one mnemonic is used ( this is the same behaviour with Title/position or Country/region )
I don't know if can be changed though

Sorry, This is not bug.
Acceleration-key for "Fax/e-mail" was [Alt]+[X], not [Alt]+[A].

-> INVALID
