Description: I have a four column table the width of a page and three pages long. A cell at the bottom of the first page has bulleted text in one cell. That cell crosses the page break. Every time I update that cell to turn off the bullets, LibreOffice Writer "Stops working", It crashes. Fortunately the document is recoverable. Steps to Reproduce: 1. In Writer, create a page width table with four columns. 2. Add enough rows to spill over to a second page. 3. In a row near the bottom of the first page, in the third column add a few two or three word paragraphs, enough to make the row split across pages. 4. Highlight those paragraphs and make them bullets. 5. Save the document. 6. Highlight the bulleted lines and turn-off bullets. 3. Actual Results: Writer crashes every time. Expected Results: Bullets should disappear. I should be able to replace the text in the cell. I tried to reproduce it with Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) Build ID: 2325f9ac789cd12e5ecc9d239baf2558e1d678bb CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; TinderBox: Win-x86_64@42, Branch:master, Time: 2018-04-05_00:37:47 Locale: en-US (de_DE); Calc: CL I opened the attached document marked the bulleted lines at the bottom of the first page and turned of bullets => no crash. Bernie, I think there were some bug fixes with tables in LO 6.0.3. Can you reproduce the crash also with this version?

Could you please create and attach a screencast showing the steps? There are various free screencast software available for use, including Camstudio (Windows), Jing (Mac), Simple Screen Recorder (Linux) or screencast-o-matic.com (Web).
I've created Camvideo avi recordings that show the failure, but the smallest file that I could create is 255MB and the largest file that can be uploaded is only 30MB. Do you have someplace that you would like me to upload the video? I am attaching two screenshots that do show the problem. "Bullet bug snapshot.jpg" shows the situation with the cell with the bulleted list spanning a page. "Bullets failed.jpg" shows the failure. The bulleted text was highlighted and then the bullet turned off. You can see that the text is still highlighted and the bullets are gone, but then Writer crashes immediately.

I've uploaded two videos to Google Photos. One shows a small part of the document and Writer failing. It was an attempt to make the video smaller. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?
Works properly in Safe mode. Returning to normal mode, it still fails. What do you suggest?
