Description:
Enabling the bullet list for a selected right table cell will enabled it also for adjacent left table cell  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select cell A2 by clicking at the left cell. Drag the mouse to the left & back (full cell selected)
3. Click bulleted list

Actual Results:  
A bulleted list in cell A1 & A2

Expected Results:
Only a bulleted list in cell A2


Reproducible: Always

I think step 2 is wrong (or I misunderstand it)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attachment 141404 [details]
2. Put cursor in cell A2. Drag the mouse to the left (whole table is selected) & back (full cell A2 is selected)
3. Click bulleted list
