Reproduction instructions from scratch (taken from the dupe): 1. Create a new Writer document 2. Insert a table with 1 column and 2 rows. 3. Place the cursor in the cell on the second row 4. Press the Bulleted List button on the toolbar 5. Select both table cells 6. Press the Bulleted List button on the toolbar Expected results: Either both cells become bulleted (i.e. the paragraph in the first cells also gains a bullet), or both lose their bullets. Actual results: Nothing happens
