Description:
Have just put 5.4.6.2  on my new Windows 10 machine, spreadsheet opens ok but invoking a dialog box yields illegible text, examplevhelp, check for updates results in illegible text and buttons 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open LO from w10 start
2.click help on menu bar
3.

Actual Results:  
A dialog box aappears on top of the initial screen, but either not rendered properly or corrupted

Expected Results:
Dialog with readable options to click


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Unable to access the part which deals with resetting profile due to the bug itself I.e. things are illegible below menu bar headers

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
