Repro with Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x86) Build ID: a675fe37abc134cc5cbf54385ca99c8d1417ce2b CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3; UI render: GL; VCL: win; TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2019-07-26_09:09:34 Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); UI-Language: en-US Calc: CL
Difference is not so much, but scrolling is slower with OpenGL enabled, especially using the mouse-wheel. Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha1 (x64) Build ID: cc57df8f942f239d29cb575ea5a7cb01405db787 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18362; UI render: GL; VCL: win; Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded Beside that scrolling in this 4-page-document is very slow.
As Skia with Vulkan will replace OpenGL UI rendering on all platforms, it does not make sense to keep OpenGL UI reports open. Details about Skia: https://www.collaboraoffice.com/success-story/implementing-vulkan-capable-libreoffice-user-interface-using-the-skia-library/
