Exiting CALC rewrites file ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/basic/script.xlc An OS-crash lead to a zero byte length of that file (debian jessie 3.16.0-5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.51-3+deb8u1 (2018-01-08) x86_64 GNU/Linux) Filesystem btrfs. Maybe it is btrfs related but an atomic mv instead of create new file and write content is more crash resistant. Yours
