Description:
In Hebrew interface translation styles is not translated.
Incomplete translation of options menu.

In settings->load/save->microsoft office.
The font is not read correctly. shows squares instead of some letters.  

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change to Hebrew interface
2.open options menu


Actual Results:  
as above.

Expected Results:
menus should be completely translated. all letters and numbers should show correctly. 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Eyal: are you able to reproduce any of this? Should have 1 issue per report, but let's investigate first.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
