Steps to reproduce

1. Open an new document in writer
2. tyle "holloj"
3. Press F7

Actual result:
"The spellcheck is complete"
Additional information: You can't choose a language in the spelling dialog.


Expected result:
"Not in directory: holloj"

Go to the C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\share\extensions folder on a stable install.
Copy dict-en folder (and/or others) to your matching master build extensions folder.
