Repro. Master has a bug that prevents changing the master. I will report it. Arch Linux 64-bit Version: 6.0.3.2 Build ID: 6.0.3-1 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: kde4; Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI.UTF-8); Calc: group
I guess the problem is with the solid colour picker not being display, thus the blue colour is the displayed and it can't be changed. Closing as a dupe of bug 117355 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 117355 ***
