Description:
LibreOffice 6.0 does not start anymore (now also not in safe mode!).
The fatal error is:
[context= "user"] caught unexpected
com.sun.star.ucb.InteractiveAugmentedIOExeption: an error occured during file opening
I already deinstalled the program and reinstalled with newest 6.0.3 version, but without success.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just start in normal or safe mode, it will end with above mentioned fatal error.

Actual Results:  
fatal error:
[context= "user"] caught unexpected
com.sun.star.ucb.InteractiveAugmentedIOExeption: an error occured during file opening

Expected Results:
normal running LibreOffice


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
The error comes up also in safe mode, so I cannot start withoutOpenGL or with resetted UserProfile.

Did you download it from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?
Could you please download it again in case the previous installer got corrupted?
