There is an option to lock the toolbar position. It was enabled, so I am expecting that a locked toolbar wont disappear.

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Hi, 

Resetting did not help but thanks for the info. I deleted the libreoffice folder from the user/appdata to solve the problem.

What do you mean resetting didn't work? If you reset your profile, the user folder should be removed
Setting to RESOLVED WORKSFORME anyway
