Description:
The options available in the dialog are partially truncated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tool -> options -> Language Settings
2. Select "Hungarian sentence checking


Actual Results:  
The bottom part of the "Typography" section is truncated

Expected Results:
All the options are available 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
Tested both on Windows and Linux.
On Linux only the first row of options is available ("Thin space", "Double space" and "More spaces")


User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

Not reproducible on my own build of the master under Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64, with either the English or French UI.

I would say it's cause by the commit described in bug 117288
