I guess when you say open you mean Insert - Image, right?

I can't reproduce it in

Version: 6.0.3.2
Build ID: 1:6.0.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.16.04.1~lo2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

When I insert an image in draw and I try to close the document, I get a confirmation dialog...

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

No, Open Writer - File/Open pick a jpg file and open
The file is opened in Draw
Then close Draw
You are not prompted to save unless you have done something else

It is a minor picky thing but I think it should prompt
Maybe as at that point you haven't actually done anything
it's by design

BTQ tried after resttting profile and it is the same

Hi mal,
it's like opening a writer document and not editing it, the save dialog won't be prompted either, this is the expected behaviour.
