Hallo Mr. Fauli, as described I use libreoffice 6 and found may user-profile unter home/user-name/libreoffice/4/user. After changing to luser-old and starting nothing changed.I use genu/linux = ubuntu 16.04. Pleaes note, that in the meantime I am using parallel an old version libre office 5 with with windows 7, home edition. And with this elder version of libre office the serial letter assistent is ok. I gave all information necessary to Xisco Fauli 6 month ago and the bug is still unsulved. After several contacts 6 monthes ago without any changes I am no more willing to continue following this bug history.
A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
