See blank icon bar.

The new build 6.03 has blank tiles where the icons belong. Each action requires hovering over each space to see what its function should be.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
Comment 2 Patrick 2018-05-06 11:42:28 UTC
I have restored the user profile settings and the problem persists.

Does it work if you disable OpenGl ? -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL
Comment 4 Patrick 2018-05-07 13:52:13 UTC
I followed the wiki link which led me this far:

How to disable OpenGL? I don't know.

I don't see that option.

Ok, what happens if you change the icon style in the same dialog? Do you see the new icons?
Comment 8 Patrick 2018-05-08 14:36:23 UTC
No change.
Comment 9 Patrick 2018-05-08 16:00:11 UTC
Reset OpenCL and changed icons, restarted machine, now working correctly.

This is not a “fixed” issue; correcting status. You simply had selected the inverted Breeze theme intended for dark UI themes.
