Bug is already in 4.0.0.3, and not in 3.6.0.4, but since it's Win-only, it's not bibisectable due to no bibisect repo existing this far back.
Still present in LibreOffice 6.2.3.2. on Windows 7. Tried to reproduce it on LibreOffice 6.2.3.2 on Linux (Manjaro 18.0.4), but this behaviour wasn't there. adding a comment in row 66054 behaved correctly. Seems like only the Windows build of LibreOffice is still affected?
