Styles.xml_extracted_from_Macintosh_Microsoft_.docx_file

OVERVIEW :
A .docx written in Microsoft Word in a Macintosh causes the default paragraph style to get a level "heading 1" instead of "Text body".
As a consequence, the table of content is populated by all default paragraphs and the navigator (F5) shows nearly all document content.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1 - On a Macintosh, with a Microsoft Office, save a .docx which some titles, text bodies...

2 - Open with LibreOffice : tested versions :
    5.1.6.2 on Ubuntu
    5.0.x on Windows XP
    5.4.7.x on Windows 7

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Open Navigator tab (F5), you will see too many entries
Go to "styles and Formats", Edit "Default paragraph style", in [FR]"Plan et numérotation", for "level", you will see "Level 1" something like that.

SOLUTIONS by hand :
1) modify "Default paragraph style" level to "text body"
2) Reload Default LibreOffice styles

Please see styles.xml attachment, fault might be here :
in <w:style w:type="paragraph" w:default="1" w:styleId="Normal"> section, there is
    <w:outlineLvl w:val="0"/>
Hope it helps.

Best regards.

Thanks to pay attention to that. Sorry, no time to post an example (maybe later but it is not a priority).

I can't reproduce with fresh created files from MACintosh.
And only documents created by one person get this behaviour.

So, it is not a bug but malformated (badly written by user) .docx

Best regards.

It's going to be difficult for us to triage this issue if you don't attach a sample file where the problem can be reproduce. Please, consider doing it when you have some spare time. Thanks

On the "faulty" .docx, Default paragraph style is set to "header 1". This results of bad use of styles by a user (99.9 % sure).
Thanks for having tried to solve.
Maybe, I will attach one "faulty" .docx.
