Description:
When I'm using LibreOffice Writer and trying to use AutoCorrect options and close it then launching the screen reader LibreOffice always crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer (here it is GTK2)
2. Open AutoCorrect Options
3. Close the AutoConrrect Options dialog
4. Launch the oca screen reader

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash :)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
I'm using Debian Stretch and Orca compiled from master.

Do you reproduce it with LibreOffice 6.1 beta2 from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/? What about LibreOffice 6.0.4.2 ?

It has been pushed to "master":

Attempt to fix tdf#118193

It will be available in 6.2.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More
information about daily builds can be found at:

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.

I no longer reproduce the crash on both LibreOffice 6.1.2 and 6.2 daily build.
