Were you testing with attachment 112269 [details] specifically? I confirm that it does not work with it and apparently did not work after Oliver's fix either (does not work in 5.2 or 5.3). But inserting an image and adding a caption, I do not see the problem (6.0.5, 6.2). saparvia: can you reproduce this with a fresh document?
