This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-ef50a880-9dd4-4eaa-915a-df9a0845d11c. ========================================= It's not possible to work with LibreOffice 6.0.5.2 and Mendeley 1.19.1 so I am forced to go back to LibreOffice 5.1.6.2 even though there i have also had quit a few problems with Mendeley. My OS is Linux Mint.
Thank you for reporting the bug. I've installed Mendeley 1.19.1 along with 6.0.5.2 on Linux Mint and I don't have any crash Please attach a sample document, as this makes it easier for us to verify the bug. Citation Mendeley plugin works for 6.0.5 but how to declare it for local build done from master sources?
Thank you very much for your quick answer. I have also gotten in contact with the Mendeley support. In the end they told me that it's a problem with my OS, that they don't support Linux Mint. I don't think so, but anyhow. I did a few hours of testing. If i open a new document it works for me to citate. If I split my "broken" document of 50 pages, it also works. But as soon as the document gets too long, Mendeley starts to fail. Therfore I can't send you an anonymous sample because then i would need to send the entire document. I decided to not put more effort in trying to work with Mendeley, because it's too risky that it will fail at some point. Maybe another citation program works better with LibreOffice.
Ok, let's keep this issue in NEEDINFO for the time being. If you could reproduce the same crash again, please put it back to UNCONFIRMED providing the steps to reproduce it. Thanks
