In order to reproduce:
Create a new text document and insert a bit of text.
 Save document.
Change to read-only mode: Menu > Edit > Edit Mode.
Press key Home or key End. The display of the document is moved a bit to the left. Expected: No move.
The move can be reset with the left or right arrow key.
If the LibreOffice window is smaller, that means the horizontal scrollbar is displayed, the behaviour seemed to be OK or at least to be intended:
- Home: Left part of document is displayed,
- End: Right part is displayed,
- Left arrow: Document is moved to the left,
- Right arrow: Move to the right.
Tested with version 6.0.5 (64 bit, Win 10). Bug already exists in version 3.3.0. hence inherited from OOo.

I've observed the following:
-As soon as I select Edit Mode, the document jumps up or down a few centimeters depending on if I'm changing it to read only or not.
-While in read only mode, home moves it to the left or end moves it to the right but not both. (once I click one of them, the other does nothing).
-While in read only mode, the left and right arrows do nothing. The up and down arrows do move the document up and down, respectively.
