Description:
The old file name still appears if the file name is changed, thus resulting in an inactive button - nothing to say the file can't be found, or has been renamed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Rename file in the open file dialogue
2.Try clicking on the thumbnail (old file name)
3.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
Something
