On Windows 10, LO version 6.0.4.2 and 6.0.5.2 working with text in Impress is very laggy. With just a few lines of text with some bullits and a smal numbered list, typing text lags a lot. Just with a very moderate typing pace, Impress can not follow and shows the text almost a second later.

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

No repro on Linux or Win with 6.1.0 and master. Maybe try with 6.1.1 when it comes out in a couple of weeks: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/6.1#6.1.1_release

At this time I cannot reproduce the problem. It might have been an issue caused by factors outside LO. Not sure. The problem seems to have gone.
