Description Telesto 2018-07-11 15:29:09 UTC
Description:
Selected content gets deleted when attempting to indent it using tab. Useful when moving multiple lines

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert to paragraph's with some text, say: hello
3. Select both of them & press TAB
4. Indent, but the content is gone

Actual Results:
Content gets deleted & a tab for a single paragraph

Expected Results:
The selected content gets deleted by pressing tab. I personally would prefer a tab for both paragraph's & remaining content. So Word behavior

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

I confirm it with

Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: b0e291a7efcd3af2a72d0b622b1f1b84723f011f
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL;
TinderBox: Win-x86_64@42, Branch:master, Time: 2018-06-30_23:43:40
Locale: en-US (de_DE); Calc: CL

I woul change the bug summary to: "Selected Lines gets deleted ..." because I agree that delation of the second line is the problem.

Looking into the TAB behavior a little now, this looks like a duplicate.
