Description: If i open 'Options' and add new extension without closing 'Options', restart dialog appears but LibreOffice does not restart after clicking the 'Restart Now' button. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click Tools > Options 2. Open your file manager and navigate your folder which includes an extension (.oxt) file 3. Right click your extension and select Open with "LibreOffice 6.1" 4. Follow instructions to add the extension 5. Close 'Extension Manager' 6. Restart dialog appears 7.
