Description:
Had to cancel upgrade. Went back to older 5.4.7 version which gave no problem.

Actual Results:
Install

Expected Results:
Install would have been successful

Which LO, did you try both 32-bit and 64-bit?
What it means "does not seem to recognize them", what message do you get?
