Description Frank 2018-07-17 01:52:43 UTC
Description:
When creating a new record in the database, the number of the record becomes 2, which is physically printed on top of the 1 that was before it. It seems the old number is not being removed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create form
2.Create new record in that form
3.

Actual Results:
The number of the record looks like a 1 with a 2 on top of it.

Expected Results:
The number of the record is 2.

Reproducible: Always
