Sample odp that contains a grow-shrink effect animation.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open the attached file.
2. saved as pptx.
3. open it in PowerPoint. 

Expected: document should open.
Actual Result: PowerPoint report that the file is broken.

Saving to pptx in LibreOffice and reopen that file in LibreOffice, shows, that the animation is lost.

I confirm, that PowerPoint reports an error in the document.

Tested with current master and PowerPoint 365.

Mark Hung committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#118836: fix grow-shrink animation in saved pptx.

It will be available in 6.2.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More
