Description:
The contents inside the select a template window that shows at startup of the LibreOffice Impress. There are numerous problems with the select a template window
I don't know if it has already been reported but here is something I noticed
Libre Office Impress 64 bit version 6.1.0.1 windows 10
1. The contents inside the select a template window when clicked refreshes the whole content and icons present in the window
2. You have to click the icon 4-5 times to open it, or it might be a delay. But the open button is a quick workaround but there is a small delay.

3. When scrolling down in the window, the whole content in moves in laggy or unanimate way. The animation is not smooth.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Impress
2.The select a template window will appear by default
3.Select or scroll and you will notice these bugs

Actual Results:
The template icon will blink or refresh when clicked
When scrolling through the contents in the wndow, the animation is not smooth

There will be a delay in opening a template

Expected Results:
When clicked the template should open immediatley

The animation should be smooth
. The delay should be reduced

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
