Open the attached file
Open the filter on Column B

Issue: The value from the Totals row (average) - 172.2, is included in the filter. When you choose to filter out all values but 172.2 (leave only 172.2 checked), you get a formula error in the filter menu.
Formulas should not be included in the filter.

Help for SUBTOTAL function says: filtered-out cells are always excluded.
