Description: I'm trying to view a pptx file from a website, but several of the slides have black boxes instead of whatever the images should be. If I let them auto open in powerpoint (which I don't own), the images do display. I have Version: 6.0.5.2 (x64) I did find in some other comments to turn off Use hardware acceleration, but that didn't help. Actual Results: I opened someone else's power point to view. Expected Results: Some of the images are black boxes. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Shown the content

These presentations are on a login based site. I didn't create them, I'm just trying to view them. The best I can do is the screen shot provided.
Does it work if you disable OpenGl ? -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL
That was already disabled, but I have toggled on and off the OpenGL and the hardware acceleration in every combination possible. It makes no difference.
Created attachment 143730 [details] image showing "pic #" rather than image One of the presentations shows this instead of the black box for all pictures.
Would it be possible to have the link to the pptx?
Unfortunately, I'm not able to do that. I'm not the content owner and the site requires enrollment. It isn't one presentation though, it's all of them. Any picture image does not show.

No, the files don't belong to me.

Any picture image does not show. Sorry, but without a test file it is not possible to confirm your bug report, and if it was confirmed to work on a fix. So I need to close this bug report as Resolved/InsufficientData Feel free to reopen when you will be able to provide a test-file. Best regards. JBF
