Editing a table in Writer...
Added several blank rows in middle of existing table, then copied and pasted rows from an older Writer document. 
Works OK if I just do one row at a time.

Could you please create and attach a screencast showing the steps?
There are various free screencast software available for use, including Camstudio (Windows), Jing (Mac), Simple Screen Recorder (Linux) or screencast-o-matic.com (Web).

Sorry, I can't get it to happen now. It happened twice so I posted the bug report, but afraid I can't help further. If it happens again, I'll try to reproduce it and send screen shots.
